Recipe

2 cups of Menuka Honey

2 Teaspoons Turmeric Powder

2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger

Optional: 1 Teaspoon Ground Clove

Combine all ingredients evenly. Store in airtight container. Take 1 Tablespoon per day.
